Payment
We accept payment via: Paypal, cheque, postal order, debit and credit cards. Please make cheques/postal orders payable to Sprockets and remember to include the item number/s. All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT.
Shipping
Once we have received cleared payment we endeavour to dispatch all items as soon as possible via Royal Mail 1st class post or recorded delivery if required. We can also offer a next day delivery service at an extra cost. Please allow extra time if paying by cheque. Great care is taken with packing each item to ensure safe delivery to you. We can give discount on postage for multiple purchases but please contact us before payment is made so that we can send you the invoice showing the total cost. We also dispatch worldwide on many of our products. If your item/s fail to arrive within a few days, please contact your Royal Mail sorting office first as they may be holding it there.
