The best way to prevent lost is adding USPS signature confirmation service OR ship by UPS. Signature confirmation service is highly recommended especially for apartment address.

* We responsible for package non-received when the tracking number shows no information on the 14th business day from the package's shipping day. Full refund will issue and transaction cancellation request will send to buyer.

* When package returned to us base on buyer provided the wrong shipping address, then the buyer no longer wants the item for any reason, we will deduct $3.50 shipping and handling charges from the purchase price. Otherwise, we will contact the buyer to correct the address then resend it for FREE.
