When I am shooting I see the image long before I pick up the camera. The camera is nothing more than a tool that lets me show others how I see things. This frozen moment in time allows the artist and viewer to see through the same eyes. I hope seeing thru my eyes helps you to see your world in new ways.

 THE STORY BEHIND THE PHOTO

I was photographing the texture of a large rock face on the side of a cliff. The hard surface of the rocks were covered with cracks and jagged edges giving my images a strong hard feel to them. As I was moving closer to the rock face I looked down and saw this lone dandelion. What a great contrast to what I had been photographing.
