International Customers For items which offer International shipping, those will be shipped via USPS Global Express. Most packages will clear customs and arrive in 10 - 14 business days. Only Connecticut residents will be charged 6% sales tax on all orders Returns: We will happily accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund (less shipping cost) as long as the watch has not been worn, sized, scratched, or altered in any way. Returned items will incur a 10% restocking fee ($20 maximum). If you are thinking about returning a watch, do not wear it or remove any factory wrappings it may have. Wearing a watch, even for a short period of time, can impart small hairline scratches on it and make it unsellable. You would not want to receive a watch that someone else has worn, so we are quite firm on this policy. The watch must be returned with box, tags, warranty, and receipt. We will inspect every watch upon return and if any of the above conditions are not met, at our sole discretion, we reserve the right of refusing the return at which point the watch will be returned to you.
