These are brand new custom designed/made shift knobs for any Mitsubishi Eclipse with a manual transmission and a M10 x 1.25 threaded shift rod. These are a direct fit/replacement for the stock shift knob. They are made to screw directly on to the stock shift knob. This is not a cheap universal knob that gets loose. They're made from a lightweight and durable Delrin and have a M10 x 1.25 tapped hole in them. They're CNC machined and glass bead blasted to produce a superior grip and a great matted finish that really looks sharp in the interior. This material is a popular choice in racing applications due to it's superior strength/weight ratio and ability to dissipate heat.
Available in black, red, yellow, and white. Please specify which color you want when paying in paypal.
This custom designed fully rounded hardbar has a diameter of just under 2" that tapers down to about 1.2". It is just under 2 1/2" long. The top is fully rounded for a nice place for your thumb to rest. The tapped hole is as deep as possibe to produce the lowest knob height possible. The lowered shift knob height, shape, and finish all contribute to a secure and comfortable feeling in your hand as your making your way through those gears.
All of our shift knobs are designed, manufactured, and distributed, right here in the U.S.A. by a fellow car enthusiast (me). If you don't like this particular design, stay tuned, additional designs will follow.
Please specify if your Eclipse has a different thread size than the stock M10 x 1.25 size.
Please add 6% sales tax if you are buying in CT.
