All of our New items come Brand New in the Box. Beware of sellers that say "does not include original packaging" as these items may be take offs or factory seconds. We do not sell any factory seconds or take off items. Just to be clear WE ONLY SELL NEW IN THE BOX PARTS WITH FULL WARRANTIES. Because we have a physical Brick & Mortar Retail Bicycle Shop ALL of our NEW items come with the Full Manufacture Warranty. Shipping Times
Please note dates of delivery are estimate by ebay not us.. If you need the product by a specific date please send us a message and we will let you know if that is possible.
- Items under 6 pounds are shipped within 1 business day Monday-Friday by USPS
- Items over 7 pounds are shipped within 2-3 business days Monday-Friday by Fedex or UPS
- Once the item has been paid for it is immediately sent to our shipping department so they CANNOT be changed or cancelled only returned.

Combined Shipping
To offer our customers even better deals we do offer combined shipping. The best way to get a accurate quote for combined shipping is to build a shopping cart with product from our store. For this to work you will need to choose the same shipping option for each item added to your cart. The "Add To Cart" Button is located right under the "Buy It Now" Button. You will need to process the order this way to get the combined shipping discount. If you do not see the "Add To Cart" option make sure you are using ebay.com as some international sites do not have this option.
