Please make your payment according eBay recommendations. Otherwise, in three weeks we routinely open dispute against non-paid items in order to request back from eBay fees drawn per sale. When you buy products from us for over $1,500 please contact us first. Payments of over that amount may only be accepted with Cashier’s Check or bank transfer.
SHIPPING
Since payment received, we ship within 24 hours on Monday thru Saturday. Packaging & Handling Fee is included. Free Delivery Confirmation (USA only). If your PayPal account charges payment to your bank account and not to credit card then we are required by PayPal not to ship merchandise until your payment gets cleared. It normally takes 4 days. Please do not degrade our feedback score linked to this inconvenience because it is not of our choice.

Returns & Exchanges

Buyer must contact Yarnbow within two weeks of receiving item for any return inquiries. Returns must be in original condition they are shipped in and with no sign of use. No RMA required. We only sell brand new products directly from exclusive suppliers or manufacturers. The packaging materials we use for shipping are greatly sufficient to prevent yarn from damage. Therefore please be advised that we do not refund shipping/handling fee as long as the shipped merchandise completely matches listing description(s). No returns on books and patterns.
In order to prove the Yarnbow standards we do not withhold restocking fee from buyer. We never gain from merchandise returns but always share your disappointment and do everything possible for you to avoid wrong purchase. In case it happened, we guarantee you a hassle free return transaction.
