This hard to find, green satin glass powder jar features two elephants on the lid. Called "Kissing Elephants" or "Battling Elephants," this jar came in various colors and both transparent and satin glass treatments.
Dimensions: Jar measures 4 3/4" in diameter x 4 3/4" tall.
Marks/Dates: c. 1937. Unmarked. Shown on page 284 of Tom Felt's excellent, L.E. Smith Glass Company: The First 100 Years.
Condition: No chips, cracks or other damage.
