Boards going out are tested and working. The required level of technical expertise and proper handling cannot be assured on the buyer end. Returns would have to be scrapped because their quality could no longer be verified - therefore returns are not accepted.

The no-return policy protects me (and you) from the few unscrupulous buyers that swap board components or destroy a working board (knowingly or unknowingly) and then demand a refund. These are expensive and complex parts, so even a few destroyed boards can have a severe impact on profit/loss. Granted, you are betting on my reputation, but consider that it is one of the few things on eBay, or in life, impossible to fabricate. I welcome you to buy with confidence.
