DELIVERY INFORMATION:

Goods are sent by Royal Mail Standard Delivery and should be delivered in the U.K. within 2/3 days of ordering. A next day delivery service is available in the U.K. and is subject to your order and payment having been processed before 13.00 p.m. on the day of ordering.

UK and European orders are sent first class at the current published rates from Royal Mail.

UK and European orders are sent either first class or Next Day Special delivery (dependent on customer choice) at the current published rates from Royal Mail.

International Orders are sent using Royal Mail at the current published rate from Royal Mail. All postage costs include Packaging.

All deliveries must be signed for on receipt.

Please note - Customers outside of the EU:

Any customs or import duties leveied once your parcel reaches your country will be the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges, so unfortunately cannot predict what they will be.

It is important that your payment has details of your customer reference and your order number. Any customs or import duty payable in the country of delivery is payable by the customer as are any Bank charges for transferring monies into our account.

SALES POLICY:

Every endeavour has been made to display details of our products as accurately as possible. Size and measurements cannot be guaranteed neither can the colour of the product as such colours may be dependent on your PC monitor. All reasonable care is taken to ensure all details, description and price of goods are accurate however these are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to reject orders or to refuse to supply any individual, firm or company without the need to provide a reason however these may include, amongst other reasons, an inability to verify payment details or delivery address.

RETURNS POLICY:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will change or replace any item on the following basis only:

Items must be returned to: HUB Trading Company Ltd., 41 Low Bernish Rd, Newry, BT35 8PZ

with a note containing name/ ebay id and reason for the return.

The goods must remain in new condition having not been worn, washed, ironed or any of the tags removed.

Only goods received within 7 days of original posting to the customer will be exchanged. Failure to comply with these timeframes will invalidate any rights to a refund / exchange.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

The cost of return postage is payable by the customer and items will not be refunded / ex-changed unless goods are received by us, with only the cost of the product being refunded and excludes cost of postage. Liability will not be accepted for lost or damaged returned goods. It is recommended you insure posted goods for your own protection. Refunds will only be made to the original paypal account.
