ABOUT USPS SHIPPING

Please note that we have discovered a problem with the eBay Shipping calculator on items that are too large for USPS shipping guidelines. The calculator is still showing USPS options even though the package is too large to qualify. As such, we may need to contact you before shipping to make an adjustment to a different method which may change the price for shipping as well. This bug has been reported, but they gave no timeline for a fix, so if you are purchasing an item on the larger side (boxed size approx. 20x20x10 or more) and plan on choosing a USPS shipping method, please contact us to confirm availability and rates.

Payment

• Orders will be shipped to the billing address of the credit card only!
• You should be able to pay by Credit Card using PayPal's guest checkout even if you don't have a PayPal account. You can also call us at (805)648-3300 with card details if you are unable to complete the online checkout.
• PayPal: Payments MUST INCLUDE your shipping address and should be submitted via the eBay checkout process. We will only ship to the address included therein. We reserve the right to refuse any PayPal payment that does not meet these requirements.
• Please note that all orders are subject to verification and may require additional written approval, especially in the case of high value or international purchases.

International Buyers

• International Shipping is NOT included in our Free Shipping offers. If you don't see a shipping rate in your eBay checkout invoice or it is showing as $0.00, please contact us before paying so we can make the necessary corrections.
• Credit Cards for international purchases will be accepted via PayPal only.
• Please provide your phone number for customs documentation.
• Import Fees - Customs duties, taxes, and any other charges that may be applicable in the destination country are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are normally collected by the delivering shipping company or when you pick the item up - it should not be confused as extra shipping charges added by the seller. You should check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. Any packages returned for non-payment of such fees may be subject to a restocking fee. Shipping fees will not be refunded on returned items. We will not under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.

Rates

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. Rates include delivery confirmation, handling, and insurance when available. Shipping rates are provided by the eBay calculator based on the item weight and dimensions and your location. If the rate provided by the calculator seems off, please contact us and we'll be happy to verify it with your chosen carrier directly.

Processing Time

Once payment has cleared, we make every effort to ship within 1 business day. Freight items take longer to prepare for shipping and will most likely not ship as quickly as a standard parcel.

Multiple Purchases

Should you require a rate for multiple units or more than one auction, please let us know and we'll provide a manually calculated rate. Due to the unique nature of many of our items, automatic combining of multiple orders is disabled. Please call or contact us to combine more than one purchase.

Packing

We use Instapak® Foam-in-Place Packaging when possible as well as other traditional packing materials to ensure your item is secure for transport.

Palletized Freight

If your purchase requires palletized freight shipping, please do not check-out until we have entered your shipping rate in the eBay invoice. If a payment is submitted without correct shipping, we reserve the right to refund the payment and send a corrected invoice. Call or contact us for a quote to your location. Please be sure to let us know if delivery will be made to a business or residence as rates can differ greatly. We will send a Freight Shipping Agreement for your approval outlining all shipping arrangements and pricing prior to shipment.

Fixed or Free Shipping Rates

If a fixed or free shipping rate is listed, it is available in the continental US only (Alaska, Hawaii, & remote areas of the US may be higher).

Signature May Be Required

Items may be shipped with a signature required upon delivery at our discretion. Please provide a valid phone number during check-out as certain carriers may offer a courtesy call prior to delivery.

Undeliverable Items Returned to Sender

Shipping charges are not refundable in such cases. A restocking fee of up to 30% of the item price may be deducted from the refund amount. If free shipping was offered in the auction, we reserve the right to deduct shipping costs from any refund given as well.

Local Pick-Up

shipping and handling fees will be waived unless you require special packing.

APO or PO Box Deliveries

If you need your item delivered to an APO or PO Box, please DO NOT CHOOSE UPS shipping or our FREE SHIPPING option if offered. We reserve the right to change the shipping method to suit the address requirement in such cases.

DOA Warranty

An item said to be in working condition but received Dead on Arrival can be returned for replacement or refund (when no replacement is available) if we are notified within 7 days of receipt of product.

Incorrect or Damaged Product

If you receive an item that was damaged in transit or you feel you have received an incorrect item, please retain the item and all packaging and notify us ASAP. Please e-mail photographs that show the damage to both the item and packing materials or that illustrates the part number or other significantly different features than what we advertised.

Return Authorization Required

A Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns, so please contact customer care ASAP to report any trouble you are having. Returned items must be received within 10 days of the RMA date or the case will be closed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping. If a replacement is sent, there is no charge for re-shipping. We reserve the right to refuse any returns sent without prior approval.
