This legendary power amp is in excellent cosmetic condition and in full working order. It comes fully boxed with owners manual, magazine review and original receipt.

Weighing in at 38kg and measuring 23" wide, 22" deep and 9" high, it's quite a beast.

80 watts per channel into 8 ohms but doubles as the impedance of the speakers halves, giving 640 watts per channel into a 1 ohm speaker load.

There's a great 'hi-fi answers' review by Alvin Gold(included in the sale) who writes things along the lines of the KSA-80 being "several stages along the line from a KSA-50" and it probably being a "better amplifier than the older 100 watt design" too by being "less obvious and less transparent". The review goes on to say that the KSA-80 is "better built and classier than the Musical Fidelity A370". The review ends with the line "This is one of the few products i am not looking forward to sending back".
