      TERMS OF SALE:

      • Payment must be received by Seller within ( 10 ) days after the Auction End Date or Store Purchase Date.

      • Failure to pay within ( 10 ) days will result in appropriate feedback and the cancellation of all winning bids and/or store purchases.

      GUARANTEE:

      • All merchandise returns must be initiated within ( 3 ) days of receiving the item(s). Merchandise being returned (A.) must be Insured to an equal level with the price paid for the item(s) and (B.) have a Delivery Confirmation form attached.

      • All returns must have Prior approval by Seller. Merchandise must be returned to and received by HardRockPinStore.

      • A Merchandise Credit will then be issued towards the Buyers next store purchase or winning bid; less all Transaction Fees, and Shipping, Insurance & Confirmation Fees.

      • Insured (or Uninsured) merchandise, damaged in any manner, will not be accepted for the Merchandise Credit. Please return item(s) as packaged and this will not be a problem.
