This model is an Epiphone Riviera 12-string model, the "E360 TDC Riviera 12 String," manufactured in the USA around 1967-1968. The body features a semi-hollow construction using laminated maple, and the built-in center block provides both rich resonance and excellent playability.
The neck is made of mahogany, the fingerboard is rosewood, and the 24.75-inch scale length offers a smooth playing feel. It is equipped with two Gibson Sticker Numbered Mini Humbucker pickups from that era.
Compared to full-size humbuckers, they have clearer and more delicate high-frequency characteristics, and combined with the beautiful harmonics unique to 12-string guitars, they produce a unique, transparent sound. The bridge is a Gibson ABR bridge, and the specifications and parts configuration are also highly appealing, typical of vintage Epiphone guitars.
This guitar boasts a classic look characteristic of 1960s Kalamazoo-made Epiphones, featuring a distinctive double-cutaway semi-acoustic body, Epiphone's unique headstock design, and a trapeze tailpiece. The frets have approximately 60% remaining.
The truss rod and neck are in good condition. The body and paintwork show signs of age-appropriate wear, including scratches, dents, tarnishing on metal parts, and paint cracks.
There are multiple dents at the neck joint and near the body side control area. There are dents and paint chips on the headstock top.
An additional hole has been added under the truss rod cover. It is possible that the frets have been leveled.
The front and rear controls have been swapped. The tuning pegs and pickguard have been replaced.
