We accept payment by PayPal and Credit / Debit cards entered on eBay only. You must be registered with PayPal or eBay to buy from us.

We always process our orders within 24 hours. Our local shipments are made using our trusted Royal Mail Service. We will label this under each listing which service this is. 

For orders arriving from out of the UK, this will be labelled as 'OtherCourier'. We only use the expedited shipping for these orders and delivery is within 10 working days which will be reflected in the listing before placing the order. Please note all these items will be tracked.

There is always a small chance a delivery might be delayed. Please contact us after reasonable amount of time has been given for delivery. With Royal Mail a claim can be made 10 working days after due delivery date. For orders arriving from international distribution centres claims can be made 30 days after order is due. 

All items must be returned in the same condition it was received. Returns are processed within 1-2 business days upon return delivery date. Refunds are less the cost of the originally purchased shipping. Any item that is returned after 45 days will have a 20% restocking fee applied.
