Shipping to Physical Addresses within the contiguous United States

• "Free Shipping" promotions do not apply to Alaska or Hawaii addresses (we will invoice you for the shipping fee to AK or HI after purchase).

• We don't charge handling fees or calculate shipping costs! eBay calculates shipping fees based on package size, weight and your address.
• All orders will be shipped on our account. No third-party shipping accounts or warehouse pickup.
• Truck freight quotations are only rough approximations. Freight charges may be adjusted prior to shipment if your purchase is larger or heavier than initially estimated.

Shipping to Post Office Box, U.S. Territory, or International Address

• Shipments to U.S. Territories and other countries may take up to four weeks to arrive due to customs processing in your territory or country.
• Your country's import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are not included in the shipping fee. Please contact the shipping carrier and your local customs office regarding fees and taxes in your country.
• Orders shipped via USPS are subject to size limits imposed by the destination country. Packages in excess of those limits will be shipped via the next least-expensive method, and may be subject to increased shipping charges.
• It is a violation of international law to undervalue or mark purchases as "gifts" on customs paperwork - please don't ask.

Payment

• We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
• An invoice will be sent to the primary email address listed on your eBay profile within 24 hours of purchase or end of auction. (If you do not receive this invoice, please check your spam folder and then contact us.)
• Purchases paid via Paypal will be shipped to the "confirmed" name and address on the buyer's Paypal account. (Paypal does not accept recipient name or address changes in the "Note to Seller".)  Please call prior to purchase if you would like us to ship to a different name or address.

Return Policy

• No returns after 14 days. Please allow us 1 business day to respond to any questions or concerns that you may have. Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm eastern standard time.
• As long as the item has NOT been installed (or attempted to be installed) and has NOT been used and is still in 100% new, unused condition in original packaging, you may return items within 14 days for an item price refund. The original shipping fee will not be refunded, per eBay policy. Items, manuals, manufacturer packaging, or instructions that are returned dirty, greasy, used, scratched, chipped, broken, torn, written on, or have a shipping label applied (labels should only be applied to a separate, outer shipping box) will not be refunded, per eBay policy that returned items and manufacturer’s packaging MUST be in original new, unused condition.
• Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number and return shipping address. Do not return items without an RA# number, or the package may be refused and returned to you at your expense.
• Returned items must be well-packed in original manufacturer's packaging and contain everything that was originally provided, such as packing materials, hardware, manuals, protective wraps/caps, instructions, etc.
• Be sure to write down the package tracking number and buy shipping insurance. If your return is lost or damaged during shipping, we cannot refund you because the item cannot be resold or returned to our supplier. You will have to submit a claim directly to your shipping company requesting compensation.
• Refunds are issued approximately two business days after we receive your return.  Please allow this two day inspection and processing time before inquiring about the status of your refund.

Warranty Exchanges / Defective Items

• We will exchange any defective merchandise for the same item, as long as our standard return procedure is followed within 30 days of delivery.  Professional installation is recommended, as items damaged by improper or failed installation attempts cannot be returned or exchanged. 

• If you receive a damaged item, please contact us IMMEDIATELY.  (Damage claims can only be submitted to the shipping carrier within seven days of delivery.)
• Describe the damage and email photos. We will then submit a shipping damage claim to the carrier.  We will reship your order or refund the purchase as soon as the claim is approved and paid, which may take up to four weeks. (You may want to place a second order for the same items while waiting for the carrier to process the claim.)
• You must keep ALL packing materials and package contents until picked up by the carrier for inspection.  Do not return the item to us without prior authorization, or the claim may be rejected by the carrier.
