We use the services by Australia POST and TNT Express, the two most trusted names in Postage / Goods delivery in Australia.
For majority of orders typical delivery time (within Australia) is in accordance to the delivery estimates provided by eBay at the very top, below the postage cost. Exception to delivery estimates apply during peak periods, like Pre-Christmas season in December, Christmas/New Year Holidays and when explicitly highlighted in our listing description.. Please allow additional time for more remote locations. We will use TNT Express for all bulky products (large item falling outside of Australia Post specifications).
All handling, packaging and postage costs are included in the quoted postage rate.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Australia Post only offers tracking services only on Express Post and no other type of postage. Hence Post / Parcel addressed to a NON Australian Address are only track-able if postage method is Express Post. Please contact us to provide you costing on International Express Post for the Item for your country, if you may require Tracking for your postage.
