Boyds Bears Katie B Berrijam and Mathew Bear 20th Anniversary Plush - 1999.  Pre-owned.  Very good condition.  The tags are bent and had signatures that have been erased but are still somewhat visible.  Other than that, these plush collectible bears are in great shape.
