This beautiful briefcase was handmade and partially hand stitched by American leather artisans in Seattle.
Originally advertised as FILSON FIELD SATCHEL and it is the OLDEST edition of the similar bags made in early 1980s. Bag is about 40 years old and it is in amazing preserved condition.......

Each bag is individually crafted from single piece of heavy Irish bridle leather in Seattle workshops by a single craftsman.
Comes from single owner's private collection.
Bag's condition is VERY GOOD with some signs of use. I will rate it 8 / 10.
ALL HEAVY LEATHER BAG including interior divider.
Exterior- several minor scratches here and there with some natural saddle leather blemishes, but the leather is in EXCELLENT supple condition without tears or rips. Preserved corners. All stitches are intact.
Interior- clean without odors. Unlined, just fine raw leather. 2 large compartments with heavy leather divider. Some scratches and spots here and there. Another large space in back area !
Heavy duty solid brass hardware. Functional  lock with the original key. Some discoloration of the hardware due to age.
All leather ergonomic handle - pristine and sturdy. Riveted stress points.
Front straps are in excellent condition, supple and without cracks.
Comes with the original ALL LEATHER shoulder strap with wide pad.
