We do accept returns, however due to ebay's recent policies changes; you must contact us prior to reshipping an item for approval. Often insurance is included in postage, however the buyer is responsible for damaged items if insurance is not purchased or requested. Item must be unused and in the condition in which it was shipped. All packaging must be present (if shipped with original box/package). Buyer is responsible for return shipping- No exceptions. Electronics once opened and used are non-returnable. We handle returns on a case by case basis.Some items are non-returnable for safety or health hazards. Items will be inspected upon receipt prior to issuance of a refund. Automotive parts once mounted to a vehicle are non-returnable; verify your part's fitment prior to purchase - ebay's catalog is not always accurate - we are not responsible for these inaccuracies. We reserve the right to pro-rate a return or charge a 20% re-stocking fee at our election; these are typically assessed for items returned in a condition differing from the original shipped item.
