Most items should arrive between 5-6 working days at the latest. Please contact us via the ebay messaging service for any information.

Please keep in mind that items bought on a Friday usually arrive on Tuesday depending on what service is used.

Also please stay in touch if you have any questions as we will do our best to answer all questions within 24hours (mon-fri).

Our usual working hours are from 10am-5pm mon - fri.

There are some delays during the holiday periods. No deliveries are done during bank holidays and public holidays.

If you do not receive your item in a timely fashion(within 5-7 working days) then please contact us on Tel: 0141 387 4642

(Urgent then please call mobile: 07771 331 771) and let us know so that we may be made aware of a potential problem asap.

However it may be necessary to use couriers if the item is too large or fragile for regular post.

Damages should be reported immediately and returned with the original packaging via the eBay returns procedure.

Any unwanted item will also have to be notified asap and returned with original packaging at buyers own cost.
