- We ship using FedEx for Domestic (U.S.) Orders. International Orders are processed through the eBay Global Shipping Program.
- Please allow UP TO THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS for your item to leave our facility after payment has cleared.
- A Business Day is defined as the the days of the week between Monday and Friday and EXCLUDES the days of Saturday and Sunday.
- A Business Day EXCLUDES any Federal (United States) Recognized Holidays (Examples: Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, etc.)
- For example, an item purchased on Friday may take up until the following Wednesday to ship out.

We do not offer Priority/Next-Day/Urgent/etc. Shipping. All orders ship within three business days in the order that they were paid for.Tracking Number(s) will be updated in eBay once items have shipped. - Pickups: Orders may be picked up from our retail storefront "The Grid" located at 5301 Wilkinson Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28208. Please use eBay messaging or call the store at least 24 hours in advance to confirm an appointment.
- Failure to schedule pickups in advance may result in an extended wait to be assisted or service being denied at the pickup location depending on staffing availability and the size of your order.
- Pickups can be scheduled between Monday-Friday 10 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. If you need to schedule a pickup outside of these hours we are open to making arrangements to do so.
- Pickups must be arranged at least 24 hours prior to visiting the pickup location.
- You must personally pick up your items unless you specify ahead of time that a third party will be picking up your items on your behalf.
- All orders must be paid for in eBay prior to scheduling a pickup. We will not accept payment for eBay items through our retail storefront.
- Please enter the retail store and speak to an employee when you have arrived at the location for your item(s). Please be able to provide an employee with either your eBay Order Number(s) or your name as it appears in eBay for confirmation.
