PLEASE NOTE: Windstream uses different modems depending on what type of internet service you have. This is an ADSL2+ modem and will work for speeds up to 12mbps on ADSL/ADSL2/ADSL2+ connections. This will not work for GBOND, VDSL2, VBOND, FTTP, or Coaxial Cable internet connections. If you are not sure what type of internet connection you have, PLEASE check with me or your internet service provider to determine if this is what you need BEFORE you buy it. See chart for visual clarification.
Modems are guaranteed to be in good working condition and will work if you have Windstream as your ISP with a supported connection. If you have a problem installing or configuring it, please do not submit a "not as described" return request through eBay or PayPal. Contact me (through the "Ask a Question" link at the bottom of the item listing) or your ISP technical support and we will help you with the process. I have sold many modems over the past few months and I have had a couple of buyers submit frivolous "not as described" claims without reaching out to me or technical support first - only to find out that they did not follow these instructions and the returned modems worked perfectly fine. If you do not wish to honor this simple request to reach out to me before requesting a return through eBay, please do not buy this.
