• All of our items have been carefully checked for odors, stains, etc.  All are odor-free, except sometimes for the natural scent of the material itself, such as leather.
  
• We stock both new and vintage items that are in excellent condition.  Sometimes we find an item with minor condition issues that is too charming to pass up.  We will always describe such items as accurately as possible and photograph them so that you can decided whether you wish to purchase the item.
• Items will be carefully packed, promptly shipped with tracking information included for your convenience.  Satisfaction guaranteed!
• Paypal is the only form of accepted payment.  Payment is expected at time of purchase.
  
• We ship to customers in the United States and Canada.
  
• Canadian Customers:  We use eBay's Global Shipping Program (GSP) to facilitate shipments of eligible items to Canada.  We pay the fee for shipping the item to eBay's shipping center, and the buyer will be invoiced for the rest of the shipping fees, and if there is a tariff, the buyer will be invoiced for that, too.  Canadian buyers using GSP: please use the eBay calculator to determine shipping costs and any other fees you might incur prior purchasing the item.  If item is not eligible through GSP, we specify a flat rate, but this is subject to change, once we know the destination of the package and the exact cost that we obtain from our local UPS Store.  If we have overestimated the charge by more than one dollar, we will refund that amount.  Contact Cottage Charm USA if you have any questions.
  
• We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and are happy to answer  questions you may have about any item.  Please email us and we will respond as soon as possible.
• We always try to ship within ONE business day after cleared payment.  If we cannot ship within 24 hours, we will send an email to inform you of shipping date.  
• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us immediately and we will make every effort to remedy the situation.  Please do not contact the Resolution Center as your first resort.  We try to provide 5-star service to our customers and will work with you to arrive at a mutually agreeable solution.
• Canadian buyers welcome!  Customer is responsible for any additional shipping or tariff charges.
  
• We accept returns of items in original condition within 14 days. You pay for shipping, and we will refund your money to your Paypal account when we receive the item.
