A solid ring penetrates a solid metal pin!
Show a wooden block with a slit cut into it, place the metal ring into the slit.
Place the metal pin through the hole in the side of the block, place the entire piece on the spectators hand and perform the close up illusion right in front of their eyes!
The pin and ring pass through each other!
Immediately hand it out for inspection.
