A radiator is a component of the engine's cooling system that removes heat from the engine. The process begins when the thermostat in the front of the engine detects overheating. Then coolant and water get released from the radiator and sent through the engine to absorb this heat.
The air conditioner condenser is the radiator that sits between the car grill and the motor radiator. In the condenser, the gaseous refrigerant gives off heat and returns to a liquid state. In other words, the condenser condenses the refrigerant from a gas to a liquid.
The refrigerant carries the lubricant that the compressor needs to operate, so refrigerant leakage increases friction. A clogged or damaged condenser can also lead to compressor failure, as a poorly functioning condenser cannot remove enough heat from the refrigerant.

How to Replace a Radiator?
- Safely raise the front end of the vehicle.
- Drain the Radiator.Remove coolant from the radiator.
- Disconnect the Radiator.
- Remove the Old Radiator.
- Mount the New Radiator.
- Fill new radiator with coolant.
- Drain air from the cooling system.
- Lower down the car.
How do I know I need a new Radiator?
- Leaking or low coolant.
- Radiator discolouration or sludge build up in your radiator.
- Your vehicle is overheating. If your vehicle constantly overheats, especially under normal driving conditions, this is one of the most common signs that your radiator is bad or failing.
- Your temperature gauge is running hot. If the needle on your temperature gauge is constantly running at the hotter end then there could be an issue.
How do I know if my Condenser is bad?
- Loud and abnormal noises coming from the unit.
- Significantly reduced cooling capability from the unit.
- The unit is leaking a noticeable amount of fluid past the typical amount of condensation.
How to install ac Condenser?
- Discharge and recover the A/C refrigerant.
- Remove any parts in the way of the condenser.
- Take off the A/C lines that run to the condenser.
- Take off the condenser.
- Install your new condenser.
- Install the A/C lines and replace the o-rings.
