WAFER PAPER VS ICING SHEET
Wafer paper is semi transparent and the colours may not appear as bright. Best placed against a white background to brighten the image. No backing sheet to peel.
Icing sheet images are bright and can be placed on coloured cakes. Easy to peel plastic backing sheet.

Wafer paper: Potato starch, Water, Vegetable oil
Icing sheet: Starches E1422, E1412, Maltodextrin, Glycerin, Sugar, Water, Stabilizers (E414, E460i), Food colour E171, Emulsifiers E491, E471, Flavours, Acidulants E330, Preservative E202, Sucralose
Edible ink: Glycerol, Propylene glycol, Polyoxyethylene, Sorbitan, Monolaurate, Potassium sorbate, Citric acid, Purified water

Instructions
Cut out toppers with sharp scissors
- Make sure hands are dry, any moisture will make
wafer paper disintegrate
- Do not store in the fridge, the colours may run and the toppers may soften. Freeze icing toppers for 30 secs for easier handling.
-Toppers will last for 12 months, store in a cool, dry place

- Place topper on the cake the day of the party.
This will prevent it getting too soggy and disintegrating/curling up
