Shipping Information
We ship worldwide and usually have items in the postal system within 24 hours on cleared funds on Monday to Friday. We do not post on:- Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays or Bank Holidays.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Delivery times within the UK: -
1st class mail usually the next working day, including Saturdays after posting.
2nd class mail is usually within three working days after posting.
Delivery times over seas: -
Airmail is usually within three days to Western Europe, four days to Eastern Europe and five days for the rest of the world, following the day of posting.

Returns
Our 30-day* returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original unused condition within 30 days.
Items must be received in their original unused condition, with all accessories, packaging and we will issue a refund for the price you paid for the item(s). The customer
is responsible for the postage of returning the item(s) for a refund.
If signs of use are present we will return the item back to you without a refund. Signs of use include:- item has been washed, excess hairs are lining the inside of the
product i.e. coats/boots when we receive them we will send the item(s) back without a refund.
*Note: - Due to nature personalisation we cannot offer refunds on personalised items and are excluded from our 30 day returns/exchange acceptance.
EXCHANGES:-
Unfortunately we do not offer direct exchanges due to stock control, we will issue a refund upon receipt of the return (see return instructions below for returns). If the order is
urgent some customers repurchase whilst they await the refund.
To request a return:
1. Find the item in My eBay under Purchase History and select "Return this item" from the More actions drop-down menu.
2. Select the reason for the return.
3. Then follow the onscreen instructions.
Once we receive the return we will refund you within 1-6 days of receiving the returned item.
NOTE:- Please DO NOT send an item back without first going through the eBay returns process stated above. We will not be able to process your return until you have completed this stage.
