Designed for Maximum Torque and Horsepower! The passages in these manifolds are computer designed with the largest radius possible within the space available,
to minimize restrictions and maximize flow. And because they're precision CNC machined right to the design, there's no casting flash, core shift, or unevenness to cause
losses and kill the flow like the factory cast piece. These manifolds are already ported right out of the box, no additional porting is needed or would be beneficial.
Unlike the two-bolt flange solutions available on the market, all of these manifolds use the factory style slip-fit design and put the carb in the stock location,
meaning no loss of knee clearance and no special carb mounting bracketry is needed.
Don't spend a bundle on your hot rod Sporty just to have it held back by the crude, poor flowing cast intake manifold it came with. These manifolds open the door

Notes:
- Each manifold includes the proper seal for the carb inlet.
An additional seal is available to allow a CV40 or HSR42 to be mounted to the HSR45/CV44 manifold.
- EFI Sportster heads have the manifold surfaces milled down as compared to the carb heads. "E" versions of the manifolds above are wider to allow proper fitment of a carb to these heads.
- HSR42/CV40 manifolds have 1.650" i.d. outlets and can be used on stock or ported heads. HSR45/CV44 and HSR48 manifolds have large 1.775" i.d. outlets and are for ported heads only. Port matching is recommended in either case.
