I try to accurately display all pictures of my items and describe them to the best of my ability, but please realize that all computer monitors vary and as we all see color differently, the descriptions of the shades are only my personal view.
As all color is difficult to describe and photograph, please do a Google search or refer to the manufacturers website if you are unfamiliar with this shade.

  ***Delivery times for International vary per country. It is highly recommended to opt for Priority Mail delivery. It has been reported that deliveries to some countries are currently taking longer than usual with some packages taking 4 or more weeks to arrive.  First class international mail can take up to 30-45 days for arrival to your country where as Priority Mail is normally delivered within 10 -18 business days. Note that these are arrival times to your country only, and most often delays are due to  Customs inspections in the US or your country***

I package all of my products very carefully so they arrive safely to you. A delivery confirmation number  is sent to your eBay account upon shipping of all domestic items. International shipments receive a Customs number. This number does NOT track the status of the item, instead tracks from one country to another. All packages are scanned at the post office and provides proof that your package was mailed.   Delays normally occur if an item is held in customs.  Shipping prices reflect the costs of packaging, postage, and in some cases insurance and are non-negotiable. I ship to eBay confirmed addresses only. I ship to the address listed in your eBay account, so please be sure that it is updated. If your package is returned due to the wrong address in your account or because buyer refused item, I am happy to re-send at your cost and repayment of shipping. Please do ask any questions and know your colors before purchasing as due to the nature of the items that I sell, I am unable to accept any returns or exchanges on any nail polish, perfume, or cosmetic item.
RETURNS are only accepted if item is damaged in transit or if seller has made an error.
BUYER is responsible to return item.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS:
International customers are always welcome at Pretty Things For You and Me, but before purchasing from me, please read the terms below and note that you agree to these terms before purchasing.
I ship to the address listed in your eBay account so please be sure that it is updated. Please allow sufficient time for arrival of your parcel as delivery times vary per country due to transit times and/or Customs inspections. Most international packages are delivered between 10 to 30 working days days after shipment, however it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you opt for PRIORITY Mail delivery as Economy shipping can take up to 6 weeks or longer for delivery. Unfortunately once mailed, I have no control over delivery times. I obtain a Customs shipping number for every package that I ship and it is stamped by the US Postal Service upon mailing.  The Customs shipping number is posted in your eBay account upon shipment. This number is used to show proof of mailing and only shows receipt at the post office to buyer. It does not track service while in transit.  You can go to the USPS.com website and check that your package was shipped with this number. Shipping confirmations are also sent to your email address. If you do not receive this, please check your spam folder. If your package is not received within a reasonable time (30 days)  a tracer can be put on this number to check the status of of your item. You can also use this number to check with your local postal service.

INSURANCE INFORMATION

 I INSURE at my cost all packages that I ship internationally. I must wait at least 30 days from date of shipment to open an insurance claim. You must sign an affidavit that I will email to you and return it back to me stating that you never received your package. I may then file a claim with the insurance company to track your package and/or refund you. This process may take 45 to 60 days from the date of shipment. If your package is tracked to your country and/or address, I am unable to refund you for lost or stolen goods. Please contact me through my eBay email if you have do not receive your package within a sensible time frame (30 days).

Please be advised that seller reserves the right to REQUIRE Priority Mail Shipping with Registered Service. This will result in ADDITIONAL shipping fees to be paid for by BUYER. Please wait for an invoice before you pay. If additional Priority Mail Rates are not paid, your transaction will be canceled and your payment will be refunded.
