This G-Scale Flat Car is handcrafted using Mahogany Wood for the frame and Plywood is used to make the deck.
The Coupler Pockets, Coil Spring Journals and the Wheels are Injection Moulded using precision injection moulding machines.
All the necessary holes are pre-drilled at proper locations so that the Journals with the Rivets could just be pushed in. The frame is already glued to the deck.
Wheels should be slid on to the Stainless Steel Axels, and after ascertaining the appropriate width checked with the track, they should be secured using Super Glue.
Then Glue the Coil Spring Journals with the Rivets in place keeping the Wheels and Axel assembly in between.
Attach the Coupler Pockets (Already Mounted on Wooden Blocks) using Super Glue, to the front and rear beams, so that their height would match with the Couplers of existing Rolling Stock.
Flat Car is now ready to roll.
