Built to last
Generator enclosures are solid structures designed on CAD Systems (Computer Aided Design). Laser cutting machines cut the different shapes out of heavy sheet metals.After the components are precision welded, they undergo a chemical cleaning process. The next step is electrostatic painting. Electrostatic force pulls paint around corners and edges ensuring a smooth, automotive quality finish.
These generators have been designed to operate from the cold northern winters to the tropics. The heavy metal enclosure uses stainless steel fasteners and a rust resistant paint. Weather stripping around all doors helps keep water out. Locks helps to prevent unauthorized access. The enclosure is unique to Aurora Generators.
This generator is also available with a stainless steel canopy. The stainless steel not only looks great, it adds years to the life of your generator. If you prefer this type of canopy you should note that it takes longer to manufacture and costs a bit more.
Simple To Use
The generator is remarkably easy to use. Just press the green button to start and the red button to stop. To prevent others from using it, just remove the key switch or lock the panel door. Advanced engine monitoring and control is achieved by using the Deep Sea Electronics model DSE3110 controller. It also functions as an Auto Start Module. Traditional large analogue gauges also show fuel level, engine temperature, oil pressure, generator voltage, current and frequency.
Whole Home Power
Power anything in your home, just not all at once. That is what makes this smaller and quieter generator the most popular with our customers. The fuel saving are huge. With a little bit of power conservation most people do not need anything larger.
It is okay to use your air conditioner, computer, television or any other electronics with this generator. The automatic voltage regulator insures the output voltage remains +- 1% of the set value. It is also suitable for use in high moisture, oil vapour, or salty environments as a result of the windings black resin class H insulation.
Trouble Free
A main circuit breaker protects the generator from overload. It is on the left side next to the gauges. Protection for other components is from a set of fuses located behind the panel. Indicator lights illuminate if one has tripped. We do not expect you will ever have any problems but, we still build our generators to be easily serviced. That is why you will not find spaghetti wiring like on other generators. Every wire is labeled, soldered and secured properly.

Generators are delivered by FedEx. FedEx is the largest freight company in North America. They are able to ship directly to you without ever using a third party. No third party involvement means less handling, better tracking and faster delivery.
We ship a large volume with FedEx. Shipping rates can be half of what other carriers charge or is shown on eBay freight calculators. Please check with us first before completing your purchase to make sure your freight rate is correct. We need to be quoted a rate in order to pass the savings or any additional charges on to our customers.
Freight carriers charge the least amount when the customer has a loading dock at a business. This can even be a freight terminal. Limited access locations such as schools, farms, military or trade shows cost more. Generators are sold FOB Atlanta. This means ownership and responsibility is transferred over to you, the new owner, once it has left our premises.
