A refund will only be issued if the game is officially cancelled. Refunds will not be issued for:

• Changes to the game date or time
• Postponements without an official cancellation announcement (for example, if the game is rescheduled for a later date)
• Games played with limited attendance capacity if equivalent or better seats can still be provided
