The rigid plastic fob measures roughly 2 1/2" in diameter and has an attached 2 1/2" metal chain and hasp to hold keys.  The front features "Smiley" while the reverse side has the business details.

The piece is in nice, previously used condition.  It does have general surface wear, including light scuffs and scratches. However, there are no chips or cracks and the imprint is still vibrant.  The attached chain and clasp do have surface wear and discoloring due to age but are intact and are fully functional.
