Up for sale is a rare and highly collectible Ertl / American Muscle 1:18 scale die-cast replica of the iconic black 1971 Plymouth 'Cuda 340 from Don Coscarelli’s 1979 horror masterpiece, Phantasm.
Released by Racing Champions / Ertl in 2003, this limited-edition muscle car is a holy grail crossover piece for both die-cast collectors and classic horror movie fans.
The Car: In fantastic, clean condition. It has been kept safely on its original black display stand. The deep black paint has a great gloss finish, chrome details are sharp, the interior is clean, and the custom Phantasm rear licence plate graphic is completely intact. (Steering wheel is present and intact on this one!).
The Box: Comes complete with its original movie-branded window display box. The cardboard shows typical light signs of age and storage wear (slight softening/scuffing to corners and edges, and minor creasing around the flap tabs), but it remains sturdy, fully intact, and presents great on a shelf.
