Pipe is available in Chrome or all black powder coat finish at the same cost, please message me if you want the black powder coat model or your pipe will arrive in the base chrome finish with red interior. Chrome slip on shorty muffler with dual baffle system featuring a fixed internal baffle and 3" stainless steel tunable disk system fitting 2008-2010 Suzuki GSXR 600-750 stock header pipe (stock cat is retained-installs directly on your stock exhaust cannister) and also fits cat eliminator pipes like mjsperformance etc. Pipe also comes with a quiet core plug that can be installed and removed in seconds to make the exhaust extra stealthy and meet most any sound decibel testing around the globe. The Extremeblaster Super Sport also can be purchased with a slash cap and 6) additional 3" plates (see below) for a more sport look and further quiet the exhaust to achieve smooth running capability similar too stock exhaust. The extra plates can be added to return to full power mode (but will get louder). Please note the red stripe in the photos has been removed for quality control purposes. XB08 incorporates high efficiency disk technology producing a clean burning exhaust with better low end torque, response and top end horsepower with the same or better fuel economy over the stock design. No additional fuel needed from a fuel controller to compensate for the shorter pipe. Plates are set for a good balance of low end torque and top end power. Additional torque and response can be attained by removing plates. Bolts right on to cat for ease of installation. Fixed internal baffle plate removal (quite core) for tunable plate models. Quite core baffle plug cannot be used
Louder deeper tone for performance minded individuals (no fuel controller required)
This set up without internal baffle plate is louder and may not meet noise regulations in certain jurisdictions. However the slash cap assembly can tame the tone down to acceptable levels.

This powder coating type is designed for optimum performance in harsh environments specific to motorcycle exhaust and other high temperature applications in outdoor environment. It has superior heat and corrosion resistance and has been tested to automotive specifications and meets or exceeds standards of performance for exhaust and muffler coatings. Heat resistance in excess of 1100 degrees and continuous testing for 48 hours at 800 degrees show this coating to hold its color, gloss and physical integrity at this service temperature. It should be noted this motorcycle exhaust should not exceed 500 degrees.This coating exceeds specifications for salt spray resistance testing. No blistering or rusting from scribe after 120 hours continuous testing. Passed a full battery of corrosion performance tests for automotive applications.
Returns - 14 day return buyer pays return shipping. Return pipe unused in the same condition as received (do not run motor through pipe). A 20% restock fee applies to this item due to the made to order custom manufactured exhaust for a particular motorcycle (may not be able to resell for a period of time).
