Shipping

• Your item will ship within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) of your cleared payment.
• Items will be shipped to the shipping address you specify via Paypal only.
• We are NOT able to change the shipping address once payment has been made.

• A tracking number will be provided once your item has shipped.

Returns

• Please note that we only accept returns within 30 days after delivery.
• If the item is defective/DOA (Dead on Arrival) we must be notified within 2 days of arrival, and a refund in full will be granted after item is sent back.
• The 2 days start from when tracking shows item was delivered.
• No shipping fees will be refunded.
• Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.
• Please allow up to 3 business days for your item to be inspected and your return to be be processed.

Please note: All returned items must be in brand new condition with all original accessories in the

original box. If anything is missing or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge additional restocking fees.
