| We are a VAT registered UK business. DSR & Terms fully endorsed and are explained below in 'return policy'. We have a FREEPOST address or collection service for faulty items! This doesnt include items that are incompatible. Items that are opened & subsequently tried or used are not covered by distance selling regulations. Sealed Items can be inspected in the box and returned within 14 days at buyers cost of postage only if they remain sealed and resellable as new. Refunds for returns are processed within 2 working days. Replacements are usually issued on the day they arrive here. Items returned for repair may take upto 30 days due to waiting for manufacturers but our aim is 1 working day where the item can be repaired without need to involve manufacturer. |
