Payment Information

EXcaliberPC only accepts PayPal, (VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover can be used through PayPal) as payment on Ebay. EXcaliberPC does not accept any other forms of payments (e.g. Personal Checks or Cash). Please note: California Residents must add 9% sales tax.

Return Policy

1. If merchandise is defective we will supply you with exact same model replacement. Generally NO refunds or credits. If an exception is made to allow refund (even for defective items as replacements are free) a 20% restocking fee will be charged and this fee must be sent to us via PayPal in advance of return. (so we can refund the original EBay transaction in full) There is a 14 day limit from order ship date to request a consideration for refund.
2. Store warranty is 30 days from date of purchase after which manufacturer warranty must be used.
3. If the exact item is not available, we may substitute the item with a similar item of equal or greater value with customer consent.
4. Defective item or content discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
5. Returns must have all original packaging and accessories. Item must be shipped back in new condition and properly packed. Failure to enclose the product in a shipping box will void the return and product will be returned.
6. RMA number is required for all returns.
7. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
8. Units returned and found not to be defective will be returned at the buyer's expense.

Shipping & Handling

1. Shipping prices, please find the shipping charge in the product’s "Shipping and Handling" tab. We use ONLY FedEx for international shipments (no post office).
2. Our price and shipping do not include customs/duty (taxes) for international orders. Customs and duty (taxes) is to be paid by the customer to the carrier/customs office upon the product’s arrival to the destination country. Customs and duty may reach as high as 60% of the value of products and sometimes higher! Please check with local customs office on rate if you have any questions before purchasing.
3. We do NOT ship or sell to following countries: Russia, Mexico, Brazil, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Viet Nam.
4. Some Countries, such as U.K., customers may receive the shipment first and then is sent the customs (taxes) charges but those taxes remain the customer’s responsibility.
5. Despite EBay software error, there is no ground service to PO boxes, APO address, or addresses outside of continental USA. Please choose appropriate shipping method for those addresses or the order will be held until additional shipping is paid.
6. International Orders: Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. are subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country and are not included in the product price or shipping paid. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for additional information. Customers must pay shipping BOTH ways for any exchanges or returns. Please allow 1-2 days minimum for customs clearance. Customs can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates and are not part of estimated shipping times. Customers are responsible for all customs and duty charges when purchasing on eBay.
7. All Items will be declared at their actual values with full insurance coverage against lost or stolen shipment. We can NOT mark new items as gift, commercial sample or return goods. (Please DO NOT ask us to falsify customs, we will not break laws and such requests will cause delays in shipping product out) Any lost items will not be shipped or refunded until the shipper completes the insurance claim.
8. Shipments which we cannot insure the full value may be cancelled or other arrangements made such as to break into multiple packages at the customer's expense upon consent.
9. We are unable to offer you the option of picking up your order (will call) as we ship from numerous warehouses nationwide.
10. Signature may be required at the time of delivery
11. We do not combine shipping charges for multiple auction purchases at this time.

Bidding Agreement

1. Payment must be received within five (5) days of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be considered forfeited after seven (7) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction. Please help us to make the transaction smoother and more efficient by including eBay User ID and email address in all forms of correspondence.
2. EXcaliberPC will submit feedback on buyers upon successful checkout completion. In cases where buyers fail to pay for their item(s), EXcaliberPC will initiate eBay's Non Paying Bidder process.
