Delivery is via a courier and the furniture will arrive to you on a pallet.
The courier driver will not be able to unpack the furniture or carry it into your home. Please make sure you have made suitable arrangements if you are unable to carry the furniture yourself.
Combined Postage.
Sorry – we cannot
combine postage or give any postage discount. All our fixed price listings
include free postage. We charge the absolute minimum for delivery/postage for
auctioned items.
Collection.
We do not offer collection from our warehouse. This is partly because some of our products are frequently stored at different warehouses and partly because of health and safety and insurance reasons.

We are a small family run business so our phones are often unattended – especially in the afternoons. The best way to contact us is via ebay messages.

Collection
Regrettably we can no longer allow collection from our warehouse for health and safety and insurance reasons. This follows a recent incident in our warehouse involving a customer.
Delivery
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe delivery to you. SMALL ITEMS Small Items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class. MEDIUM SIZED ITEMS. Medium packages are sent with Parcelforce on a 48 hour delivery. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched and should arrive within 48 hours. (Very occasionally this takes a little longer so please allow 5 working days before contacting us). Please remember that all couriers are extremely busy in November and December and Parcelforce is no exception!! It may take a little longer during this busy period. LARGER ITEMS OF FURNITURE AND DELICATE ITEMS are delivered by our own delivery team. All items are delivered as soon as possible (when in stock) and our aim is to deliver to you within a 14 day period. This is not always possible but we do try. Please ensure that our logistics department have a contact number so that we can call to arrange delivery. Our logistics department direct line is 01865 849988. Please do not hesitate to call our logistics co-ordinater for delivery information. Please note - we only deliver to mainland England and Wales.

Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
