SHIPPING

All orders USUALLY ship within 24 to 48 hours after payment clears. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday (or the next business day if Monday is a holiday) in the received order.

Our warehouse is located on the East Coast, therefore delivery is anywhere from 1-5 business days (Monday thru Friday)

• Midwest (3-4 business days)
• WestCoast (4-6 business days)
• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday and Sunday

Note: Please make sure that if you place an order on Friday before 2:00pm ET for overnight delivery, you will not get your package until Monday, unless you arrange for a Saturday Delivery.

USPS (United States Postal Service)

We use USPS to ship to the following:

PR, GU, APO, and AE

• 4-10 average business days (Depending on shipping preference)
• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday and Sunday

**Please note this options is not cost effective on heavier orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Same day shipping in most circumstances. Order placed on Saturday or Sunday should be processed and shipped on Monday or the next business day if Monday is a holiday. The transit times listed below to not include the weekends, holidays, or the amount of time it will take your country to process the order thru customs.

WARRANTY                  

One-Year Manufacturers Warranty on All Products. For any warranty claims, please email our sales team at dpusawarranty@gmail.com providing proof of purchase and a brief explanation of defect. We will then send warranty procedure and details.

We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items. Do not return any items without a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) please notify our Sales Team by emailing at dpusawarranty@gmail.com.

If not completely satisfied with product(s), please return unused items and original packaging within 14 days for a refund (Less Shipping & Handling and 20% restocking fee).

Within 14 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:         

• Are in their original packaging
• Have original manufacturer information
• Are not used, installed, or disassembled
• Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
• Do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions

The following orders are not returnable:

• Custom or special orders
• Installed/altered items
• Electrical Parts and Components (Such as: ECU's, Coils, blowers, relays, etc)  

Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a  refund will be issued as per warehouse return policy.

REFUND      

We will issue a full refund for any returned products when your return meets the above requirements. Refund is issued (Less Shipping & Handling) after returned items are inspected and processed.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If your product has been damaged in shipment, please email us at dpusawarranty@gmail.com or call us at 1-917-539-3636 within 24 hours of receipt of your product to begin the returns process.

LABOR

Deutsche Parts USA is not responsible for labor costs incurred by you or the installer of the products purchased at this website under any circumstances.

GUARANTEE

Deutsche Parts USA guarantees the workmanship of the products sold. If you have received a defective product and you wish to return it, please call us for more information.

DISCLAMER

Please note that Deutsche Parts USA will not be responsible for any warranty on parts not  installed by an ASE certified mechanic.
