Hello!

This auction is for a MINT NEVER HINGED Very Fine Block of 4, Imperforate Horizontally between both pairs of Scott #5237-40 from the Flowers From the Garden issue of 2017. This block lacks horizontal die-cuts, so the vertical pairs of stamps are imperforate between.

This block originates from a CONVERTIBLE BOOKLET uncut press sheet WITH Die-Cuts. These press sheets were produced in limited quantities by the USPS from 2013-2019. Scott recognizes these position pieces and acknowledges their existence with a footnote below each issue. The catalogue for this block is $7.50

The stamps are in excellent condition---there are no faults. This block is on the original backing paper.
