SHIPPING
Products
that you purchase from Midwest Phone Recycling will be shipped from Indiana
either USPS or Fedex Smart Post unless otherwise previously discussed. All
items shipped from our warehouse are individually wrapped and secured in a
sturdy box. We take special care in packing to make sure products
arrive to you in the same condition they left us in. We don’t want it getting
damaged on the way to you.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International
shipping is provided at the buyer’s request. Please email or call for a
detailed shipping quote to your location. Duties, taxes, and any additional
charges are not included in the price of the item and shipping charges.
PAYMENT
Paypal
payments must clear prior to items being shipped. We do accept all forms of
credit card payments and ACH transfers if you wish to call us.
RETURNS/WARRANTY
14 Day
D.O.A Warranty. If item does not arrive in fully functional order we will
refund the buyer 100%. If the item does
not fix the issue or you determine you don’t need it anymore you may return the
item within 14 days of date of purchase with a 20% restocking fee, buyer pays
return shipping. Products returned must have
all warranty stickers intact and not be tampered with. Any evidence of
tampering with the product or warranty sticker will void the warranty. Please
contact us if you have any issues with your product prior to opening a case
with ebay. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
