Both resize and valuation certificates are at additional costs to be paid seperately from the final purchase 3% of the actaul services will be added if paying by paypal as I make no monies from this service.Item purchase and postage can be paid for by Paypal or Bank deposit.   • All Purchases are weighed and stamped by Australia  Post and I offer copy of receipt for proof of posting
  • International purchases a copy of the receipt and custom declaration is available on request with countries that I allow standard airmail on. Delays by customs are out of my hands please be patient I have no control on this
  • Registered and Registered International postage requires a signature on delievery.If you are not home when this occurs please check with your local post office. When I post your item I do email you the Registered Post number please keep this at hand.

  • I refund only if the item is not as described.,Please read the Description carefully, it gives you detailed information about the size, shape and characteristics of the item.
  • I do not refund because you simply dont like what you have purchased.There are additional pictures, descriptions and of course email for additional questions
  • Return postage is at buyers expense unless I have stuffed up the purchase ie-sent you the wrong item.I rarely make a error, but admit to being human
  • All items are thoroughly checked before posting.I package all purchases well to avoid damage, but if you do not take out insurance (Registered) I will not be responsible for items arriving damaged.
