The motherboard is NTSC. It originally came out of a Japanese console however language MAY now be English.
The console does power on but has no video or audio output so is being sold for PARTS ONLY.
No attempt to repair has been made.
Could be useful attempt repair, for spare parts, to practice soldering technique or for diagnostic work.
