PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The SS Series Submersible Water Pumps are intelligently designed and constructed from quality materials, which is what sets these pumps apart from other water pumps. The pump body and casing of the SS-Series are made from high quality plastic which is anti-corrosive and highly durable and their motor is completely sealed which provides excellent noise insulation.
The SS4500 is an amphibious pump which means it can be used both in and out of water.
To operate out of water, screw the included inlet attachment into the front of the pump and attach a hose to it. Also attach a hose to the outlet positioned at the top of the pump. Water will now be pulled into the pump via the inlet hose and will exit via the outlet hose. When using your pump out of water, be sure to ensure that there is always a constant flow of water running through the pump while it is operating.
To operate in water, attach a hose to the outlet positioned at the top of the pump and place the pump in the aquarium or pond. Water will now be pulled into the pump through the vents in the front caver and will exit via the outlet hose. If the water has high levels of dirt, sand or other debris, we recommended placing some filter material inside the pumps fron cover to filter the water and avoid the debris being pulled through the pump.
For a unit that measures only 18cm x 10cm x 13cm ( L x W x H ) and weighs 3KG this pump is plenty powerful. It has a flow rate of up to 4000 litres per hour and can raise water up to 4.5 metres. The inlet fits 20mm hose and the outlet fits 25mm hose, we recommend flexi tube style hose to ensure a tight connection, regular poly pipe is a little bit too rigid to fit over the barb but can be heated up to make it more pliable. The pump draws 100W of power and has a 2.8 metre long cord with a 3 pin plug.

NOT AS DESCRIBED RETURNS
If your order arrives damaged, if a product is faulty, or if we send you the incorrect item, please contact us via ebay message. Please provide a description of the issue as well as some photos or video that clearly depict the problem or issue that you are describing. We will get back to you as soon as possible, usually to inform you how we are going resolve the issue but sometimes to request further information. If the issue is deemed to be caused by us we will cover postage costs.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
If you change your mind about a purchase, either while it is in transit or once it arrives, and you have not used the product or damaged the packaging, you are welcome to return the product for a full refund minus the postage costs that we spent to send the product to you. Open a return request via ebay and choose "changed mind" as the reason, you will be directed how and where to send the return to. Once we receive the return and you have confirmed that you agree for our postage fees to be deducted, your refund will be processed.
ITEM NOT ARRIVED REQUESTS
All orders are posted with tracking. Prior to opening an "item not received" request please check the tracking number via the Australia Post website. If the tracking shows that your delivery has not arrived by Australia Posts' expected delivery date, it is possible that the delivery is delayed. Please keep in mind that we have no control over the postage speed of your order other than to ensure that we get your order into the mail as quickly as possible. We also have no control over the condition a delivery arrives to you, other than to take as much care as possible to package it in such a way that it has the best chance of arriving safely. Problems caused by Australia Post should really be taken up with Austraia Post via their customer support system, but where possible we are happy to try to help in any way that we can, messsage us on ebay for assistance.
