Original Art Deco Silver Golf Putter Golf Ball Executive Desktop Note Pad Holder
Description: Ideal for the Golfing enthusiast we list a fabulous and unusual Art Deco period Silver Plated notepad or letter holder in the form of golfing putter and golf ball. The item holder has a rectangular base, to which are attached the head of a putter and a golf ball. Attachment is made by the use of screwed threads passing through the base, which are tightened on silver plated bun feet. Originally the putter head was designed to hold a fountain pen, possibly matching the item but this has been temporarily replaced with a "handle" for the club by way of demonstration. The item may be dismantled for easy shipping.
Date: circa 1930
Condition: Uncleaned but having some minor marks and surface abrasions to the silver plated base, consistent with age.
