Description: A fine landscape watercolour on artist's paper signed "F. Morgan" and dating circa 1900 - approx 11 X 15 inches (28 x 38 cm). This is a fine English Victorian School watercolour depicting a classic heathland landscape in a subdued summer pallette. Long grasses and wild flowers grow in the foreground with tall trees to the right framing an unfolding landscape unfolds beyond with extensive woodland and mountains rising, almost in silhouette, below a blue clouded sky. The work is signed "F. Morgan" lower right.

Condition: The painting has some discolouring in areas, namely to the margin and parts of the sky area. Otherwise retaining good colour for its age, having character and authenticity.
