Description: A fine figural landscape print on artist's paper dating circa 1860 - 1880, unframed - approx 10 x 6 inches (25 x 15 cm). This is a fine English School print dating from the Victorian period. The figural landscape depicts a classic antique Victorian period 19th century monochrome print engraving titled "The Meadow" "Sir. A. W. Callcot, RA - Painter - R. Brandard, Engraver" printed by "London, Virtue & Co.". A fabulous engraving of an original, cattle resting in the meadow against a romanticist backdrop.
Date: The print probably dates to around 1860 - 1880.
Framing: None
Condition: The etching does have some minor marks and slight discolouring to the paper, consistent with age adding to character and authenticity.
