A fascinating illustration from the late 19th Century Victorian period.The work is signed "R.H." lower right for "R. Hibbert".

Artist Biog: R. Hibbert - The illustration formed part of an Album by the artist consisting various sketches, cartoons, caricatures and studies, some of theatrical interest, many signed with initials, in mediums of watercolour, pencil and pen and ink dating circa 1880 - 1900.
